There was not a single piece from the Houghton ss15 collection that I would not wear. It's rare to find a line that mixes masculine patterns and oversized menswear inspired silhouettes, and makes them everyday wearable,sexy, and romantic. Here are my favorite looks from this am. at Milk Studios. I would say so far the forecast is summer layering, a true telling sign of an adept fashionista.

Labor Day Weekend 

-I said goodbye to this summer in New England, covered in ice cream, and rocking my obsession of the moment; the turban. This Labor Day was a culmination of letting go of the  warm air and sandy beaches, and accepting the pending fall season in the big city. I arrived this am, ready and excited for the start of NYFWSS15, and even more ready to show you all this years amazing looks!

As I turned off my 20 min beginner’s yoga class on YouTube for the, “Kendal goes on birth control” archive episode of keeping up with the Kardashians, it truly hit me just how close we are to NYFW SS15. At this point I have faired one fashion week observing, not casting, and I have already begun to think about my past fashion weeks goals. Most young NY fashion gals I have come across are busy planning their outfits weeks prior to the spectacle, but here at Style&Air.com we consider the show season a reason to feast, binge if you will. Last fashion week, just as pastels and the oversized pink Carven coat were trending, so to were mashed potato’s and slimy diner food. I found myself ordering side after side, of buttery carbs. Menus were almost as blinding as the shoe section at Barney’s; minus the five pounds I gained. So this week, in my, post yoga -pink exercise mat- to much Kardashians daze, I wonder just what will be trending this season? ... (Other than me in maternity wear because the Isabel Marant jeans I was planning on wearing shall I say, are not very forgiving.) <3

Maternity Leggings Because I Can

The elastic band of my maternity leggings is digging into my bloated stomach for the first time in my life, I'm not pregnant, but I'm wearing maternity leggings because I’m full, and I can. Its day 1 of fashion week madness, and my plan is in full swing. Today I accomplished two of my goals; one, eating a lot, and confusing the general shit out of people.
