|...Loving the fact it's 70 degrees here in N.Y.C.|

It was 70 degrees today in NYC, and this pink chiffon Dolce& Gabbana top just seemed right to celebrate what could be the last warm day for a while.

A friend that is going through a breakup after a 7 year relationship is currently staying in our studio. What I learn from hearing about peoples relationships is that theres actually no way to understand what two people go through after sharing pieces of their lives together for so long. My parents, who have been married what's coming close to 34 years now, I’m sure have watched each other change as time passed, noticed differences in each other, but continued to choose to love the new parts. People often ask me about growing up having the influence of two parents, and how that affected my views on love. All I can say, right now at 23 years old, is learn to love the new parts.

I haven't had my usual cadence for writing lately.
I've been trying to focus, and enjoy moments as they happen, but sometimes reflection can feel like an ending to the whirlwind that is my life right now. Nostalgia, or self reflection, usually comes at the close of something wonderful, or horrible.
In my attempt to understand all the complexities of, work, love, travel, and save these precious memories and feelings, I need to remember to give myself time, during adventures, to sit with my thoughts. Not feel that any given idea, or dream, is unable to develop and change as time passes, but rather understand that they should, as I continue to grow and learn.
